05. Products & Pricing

DidarShop makes every effort to display accurate product information and pricing. However, please note:

06. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order on DidarShop does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is only formed when DidarShop sends you an Order Confirmation email.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items
DidarShop reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion
An order may be declined due to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud
If we decline your order, no charge will be made or any charge will be promptly refunded
Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it is governed by our Return Policy

07. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of placing your order. DidarShop accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed in GBP (£)
Payment is taken immediately upon order confirmation
DidarShop uses SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways — we never store full card details
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details or contact your bank
DidarShop reserves the right to verify identity or request additional information before processing high-value orders
Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities

08. Delivery & Shipping

DidarShop aims to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
International Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination
Delivery to certain remote UK postcodes and international locations may take longer
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
DidarShop is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control

09. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our standalone Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

In summary, DidarShop offers:

A 30-day return window for most items from the date of delivery
Free return shipping for all eligible UK returns
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Exchanges for different sizes or colours of the same product
Full refund or replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from DidarShop
The DidarShop name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of DidarShop Ltd — unauthorised use is strictly prohibited
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you submit to DidarShop may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact DidarShop to attempt an informal resolution within 30 days
Disputes may also be referred to the UK Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform at ec.europa.eu/odr
Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK legislation are not affected by these Terms
